At the root of all we do at St. Vincent Home, is our mission — To provide love, security and professional treatment for troubled children and their families through a fully integrated program of services.
There’s no question – the challenges of today’s youth are great. For St. Vincent kids, those challenges may become overwhelming because of their circumstances.
Regardless of their difficulties, we know that each child has potential, each child has a future, and each child can have renewed hope in a life worth living – if he or she has the needed support and guidance. To make that help available to as many youth as possible, St. Vincent offers a variety of on-site residential and home-based programs. Programs are tailored for the various levels of support that our kids need and are created to be seamless, so that children and families have as much support as they need for as long as they need it.
Our primary programs are:
- Supportive Housing Program Residential Treatment for youth ages 10-19
- Transitional Living Program Transitioning services and counseling for teen’s moving into adulthood and achieving self-sufficiency.
- Outpatient Support Services Home-Based Counseling for youth ages 6-19
- Street Outreach Program Support for homeless, runaway, and at risk youth ages 10-19
